Ashleigh & Burwood Thanful Thursday

During what is undoubtedly an exceptionally quiet trading period for family home fragrance company Ashleigh & Burwood, the team has been working on a number of projects in recent weeks that give back and show appreciation to the key workers putting themselves on the line for our country.

Last month, the company signed up to the Blue Light Card scheme which provides those in the NHS, Emergency Services and Armed Forces with discounts across a range of products and services. Ashleigh & Burwood have joined the network and are currently offering a 20% discount on their retail website to all Blue Light cardholders.

Ashleigh & Burwood is also backing smaller schemes that have been set up recently in support of NHS and essential workers by donating free home fragrance gifts.  They have supplied Earth Secrets Tin Candles for Rebecca Broad’s NHS Pamper Boxes and Fragrance Lamp Gift Sets for The Giftware Association’s Gift Them Thanks campaign for essential workers.

Last week Ashleigh & Burwood launches their own social media campaign.  ‘Thankful Thursday’ will run throughout May on Instagram and Facebook. Every Thursday Ashleigh & Burwood will be asking their followers to nominate key workers to receive a gift from them.

Managing Director, Andrew Nettleton commented, “We have a strong desire to do all we can to show our support to some of those who are putting everything on the line for us all at this time. After putting our heads together on ways we could help, it’s great that we’ve been able to demonstrate our appreciation in so many different ways. We’re delighted to be part the Blue Light Card scheme and are looking forward to the launch of our Thankful Thursday social media campaign later this week.”
