Light&Living has acquired PT Group BC, the successful group behind the brands Karlsson, PT, and Leitmotiv
The highly successful PT Group will be part of the Light&Living Group, alongside UK based brand Parlane Living which Light&Living acquired in 2020.
The construction of a ‘house of brands’ creates a pan-European company with a complementary brand and product portfolio with its own showrooms across Europe in Noordwijk, Almere, Oslo, Lyon, Bruhl/Cologne and Bourton-on-the-water in the UK.

We are complementary to each other geographically as well as in presence of products. With the expanded complementary portfolio each brand can keep its own independent identity – with this cooperation we can focus on expansion,’ says CEO Present Time Birger Nielsen, who will stay on as CEO of Present Time and join the management team of Light&Living Group.
