Feverfew Birthday

As gardening season kicks in across the UK, Feverfew Garden Company is celebrating its first birthday.

Launched last June in Orkney by founder Rachel Eunson, the brand was born following the rediscovery of her love for gardening during the pandemic. Frustrated by the lack of functional and stylish gardening wear for women, she set out to create the perfect gardening glove.

Feverfew’s hero product, the Original Ladies Gardening Gloves, has received widespread acclaim, including the prestigious Best Buy Award for Lightweight Gloves from www.gardenersworld.com.

“We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in our first year. From winning awards to securing funding and launching new products, our journey has been both challenging and rewarding”

In its inaugural year, Feverfew Garden Company also received £10,000 in funding from Scotland’s biggest business funding competition Scottish EDGE: a significant boost that has helped fuel the company’s growth and product development.

Exclusively Show 2024

Feverfew’s gloves are now stocked in many garden retailers across the UK including Marshalls Garden, Hidden Scotland, Darts Farm, and Wellpark Garden Centre.

Available in XS to L, the gloves are designed to fit female hands perfectly, and come in striking green and plum colours. They feature reinforced fingertips, while touchscreen compatibility means you can use your smartphone without removing your gloves. Plus, their padded palms provide extra protection and comfort for more strenuous gardening tasks. There is also a handy clip to keep them securely together. The gloves are vegan and arrive in 100% compostable packaging and a plantable seed label.

Building on this momentum, Feverfew is excited to announce its expansion into a wider range of gardening accessories. The new product line includes Boonie hats, T-shirts, and hampers designed specifically for ladies.

Rachel said: “We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in our first year. From winning awards to securing funding and launching new products, our journey has been both challenging and rewarding. We are grateful to our customers and partners who have supported us, and are excited about the future as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings for the female gardener.”
