In the same year that Lisa Angel celebrates 20 years in business, the gift, jewellery and accessories brand has opened the doors to its fourth store.
The new branch, in the Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds, launched on Saturday November 2. It follows the successful opening of the brand’s third store in Southwold in July, and joins two outlets in Norwich: at Chantry Place Shopping Centre and on Lower Goat Lane.
The company said: “These exciting developments come during significant change for the UK high street, as it waves goodbye to larger chains and welcomes smaller, independent brands to reinvigorate the shopping experience.”

Lisa Angel began in 2004 when the eponymous founder (who is now creative director) handcrafted jewellery and sold the pieces at local craft fairs. It is now a globally recognised brand with an international website and a thriving wholesale trade.
The latest store will offer the same array of gifts and jewellery that have established a loyal following since the business began – but this time in a fresh and exciting new space.
Lisa said: “We were thrilled to open our new store in Bury St Edmunds on November 2. It was fantastic to see the support from the Bury community, with so many kind and friendly people coming by to say hello. It felt as though the new store went down a storm, with people loving the space and the brand, which felt amazing. There were a lot of people saying they were pleased we now have a store in their town, as many of them knew and loved the brand already. I felt quite emotional that we have reached yet another milestone, and I’m so excited that we’re now a permanent part of such a lovely town.”
